A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in operations, corporate services, organisational management, human resources, administration, compliance or a related field is required, including substantial responsibility at management level, together with demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary corporate-service portfolios and geographically distributed teams or functions, and proven experience in organisational systems, workforce management, internal controls, procurement, digital operations, risk management or service-delivery improvement. Experience with nonprofit, research, international-development, public-sector or civil-society organisations is desirable, while experience relating to Sudan, the Horn of Africa, fragile contexts or institutional transition is an asset. Fluency in English or Arabic is required, with working knowledge of the other highly desirable, and knowledge of French is considered an asset given the Association’s legal seat in France.
