A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in organisational leadership, public policy, governance, international development, research or programme management, including senior management experience; demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, manage complex institutional portfolios, oversee strategic planning and budgets, and develop partnerships. Experience working with governments, international organisations, academia, research institutions or civil society is desirable, while experience relating to Sudan, the Horn of Africa, fragile contexts or institutional transition is a strong asset.
